Well, no matter what you do, you need cardio , but reverse crunches, leg raises and bicycles should help, Good luck!

Mostly try to loose weight. No alcohol as LITTLE of meat as you can.
eat small meals and ditch junk. Sounds like your trying hard.
Exercise that helps is stretch/twists combined with jumping jacks. As many as you can do.
