What are some simple fat burning exercises I can do?

    There is swimming, jogging, elliptical, biking, hiking, stairs etc.

    Occasionally diet and exercising basically is not sufficient, because there can be surplus weight basically lying around in your colon.     walking. i walked after the birth of my first 2 children and all the weight fell off within 6 months.

    eat healthy, drink water, and enjoy life:)

    All I do is turn on some music and jump and dance around like a crazed maniac with rabies. Sounds weird, but I’m panting within 5 minutes so it has to be working.

    Exercising with a skipping rope can be fun and very effective for burning some extra fat. Easy to do and cost effective too!
