Occasionally diet and exercising basically is not sufficient, because there can be surplus weight basically lying around in your colon. It is not body fat, so it can not be burned off, however it can be flushed out, basically by using a diet supplement. http://suveng.fitnessfestival.info has a risk free offer offered at the moment, I gave it a whirl and lost 17 lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!

All I do is turn on some music and jump and dance around like a crazed maniac with rabies. Sounds weird, but I’m panting within 5 minutes so it has to be working.

Exercising with a skipping rope can be fun and very effective for burning some extra fat. Easy to do and cost effective too!
