abs workout is ware most of fat sits and eat high fiber it will clean the pipers if u no wat i meen and easy way to loose weight

also eats things eaten natural made in your home and made of fruits and vegetables
and!dont think of burger king or mcdonalds!!

ANY exercise is “fat burning”. And you need a more realistic goal towards losing weight. You probably won’t be able to run for 2 hours straight. I would try running for 30-45 minutes at first and if you would like to go for 2 hours then do a fast walk before or after your jog. Walking fast is just as good as running. I find more muscles hurt from a walk, and my knees hurt more when I run too long. The first couple times you go out it’s gonna hurt! especially the day after so if you start off slow you have a better chance of being able to go everyday rather than being too tired/stiff/sore and having to wait a couple days to go again.
Tuna, chicken, turkey sandwiches, lots of water. Cut out the sugar in food and drink (chocolate bars, chips, pop, iced tea…) and cut out the fattening foods like cookies, doughnuts and things you know are bad for you.
