    Hey,

    Well lets start with the basics:

    It takes twenty mins for you to reach your ‘fat burning zone’
    Speed isn’t really important

    You should aim for at least an hour on the treadmill varying your incline and also speed settings throughout, jog till you get out of breath then do a quick walk.

    Eat healthily etc, just follow a basic nutrition along with the advice I gave you, and im positive you’ll be fine

    I agree that spot reduction is a way to sell you the latest exercise gimmick. In fact I have known people to increase their abdomen size due to developing muscle under their belly fat. Try burpees, they are one of the most intense exercises ever. They will build strength, speed and burn fat at an incredible rate. Because they are intense, start slowly and add a rep or two every few days. You can knock out a few several times a day rather than all at once also.
