    Exercise, watch what you are eating, and how much you are eating. Eating about 8 almonds a day will help you lose weight too. They are good for your body! By doing this I lost 24 pounds.

    Adopt a low carb diet sorta as a lifestyle for weight control and health. Also good for muscle building due to it’s higher protein content.

    Only way to gain muscle mass is to take a job requiring hard physical labor, or go on a lifting regimen.

    Simple – eat less, exercise more. Running is probably the best thing you can do to lose weight.
